Meet your instructor
Soraya Erickson is the Founder and Program Designer of the Foundation for Pro Se Legal Education, Inc. A certified paralegal and legal educator, Soraya has dedicated her career to helping individuals navigate the court system with dignity, clarity, and confidence.
Through years of hands-on experience in family law and community legal education, she developed the Train the Trainer model to equip educators, paralegals, and reentry advocates with the tools to teach others responsibly and effectively. Her approach blends legal literacy with emotional intelligence—empowering every instructor to guide others through the justice process with peace, purpose, and professionalism.
